Syesha is magic

I can't tell you how absolutely delighted I was to watch Syesha tell the world that Mariah Carey showed her that she could make the song her own, immediately following footage of Mariah telling her exactly which notes to sing. (Twice, even.) That moment was absolute fucking gold.
