At Long Last!
Sanjaya finally -- finally! -- delivers a performance that was so bad that it became awesome. The song choice, the manic, disconnected shouting of words, the thumb holes in his sleeves, the "flirting" with Paula, the freaky weeping mess of a girl in the audience. I think I watched that about three times before I moved on. That's all I ever wanted out of Sanjaya. His "Covais singing 'Part Time Lover'" moment. I almost don't want him to go home now.

It was like watching footage of a kiddie pageant. So horribly, delightfully wrong.
It's true. Sanjaya became JonBenet, right there. If you think about it, it was kind of inevitable.
And I think it will help him. Come on ... don't people want more of that?
