The shame about this guy, to me, is that there is a good voice in there, and if he could find a way to average Crazy Norman who makes him feel safe, and like it's not really trying if it's all a big joke etc., and Nick, who has a sense of theater and can probably really sing? He'd be amazing.
But he feels like he can't, because he's not traditional girl-nip. It's too bad.
