In other news, I think Kristy Lee Cook and Syesha managed to blow the night that should have been easiest for both of them. Who's going to care? And seriously, has any contestant ever, ever tried to sing exactly the same song every week as much as David Archuleta?

Leave it to Kristy to pick what is one of the most insufferably saccharine songs in Dolly's catalog, and remove even the cheesy interest.

KLC sucked, Ramielle sucked. I think pretty much everybody sucked except for Cook. I still like Castro, though.
I'm feeling very meh about this whole season, though, to be honest.
I was banking on power-dialing Hawaiians and the associated Jasmine Trias Effect. I lost. WHY, GOD, WHY? All wee Ramiele did was suck horribly for several weeks in a row, and You eliminate her? Why hast Thou forsaken me?!
