Oh No She DI-INT!
So when Antonella plays the "Well, you didn't like Jennifer Hudson either" card, is it (a) pathetic, (b) mind-bogglingly galling, (c) hilarious, or (d) some magical combination of all three that made me giggle in anticipation of her ouster tonight even after I went to sleep? Discuss.

It was also, as Simon pointed out, nonsensical. They liked Jennifer Hudson, dummy. They're not the ones who voted her out.
That said, Antonella and her lovely green dress are just fine this week, mostly due to the latter. Haley and Alaina are all kinds of toast.
Except...if they'd vote to keep Antonella because she's pretty, why would they vote out Haley who is so much prettier? I think this whole "youth appeal" aspect of Antonella's is overrated.
The "DialIdol" site says that everyone is in contention for ouster tonight EXCEPT Sundance, Melinda, LaKisha and Sanjaya. Yeah, that last one galls me, but at least it's an indication that Antonella teenage groupies didn't show up at the polls.
Man, how useless is Dial Idol? Any of sixteen people could go home tonight? Yeah, way to go out on that limb, y'all.
I'm with Joe on this one. If anyone's getting the pity/pretty vote, it's not her.
And on behalf of every other Jersey native currently living, pool entirely aside: she gots to go.
Antonella got so much pre-show attention, I think it will continue carrying her. With all the dirty pictures, you know?
America's tastes in hot women are as sketchy and unpredictable as... my own, come to think of it. I do agree with Linda (!) that Antonella's greatest weapon is her notoriety: No one's Photoshopping Haley's face into porn or talking about her at the office the following morning. (Okay, I did.) (Photoshop Haley's face into porn, I mean.)
Also, Sarah, you'll be delighted to know what Antonella is also a huge deal here in D.C., because she goes/went to college in the area. We're all totally proud!

I don't know if it's the "pretty" thing so much as it is that a certain number of people (I know this from reading Antonella's thread, EEEEEE!) believe that Antonella is being unfairly persecuted for her MySpace account, basically, and you can get fourteen-year-old girls to be like, "Hey, don't pick on people because of the stupid stuff they post on MySpace!"
I am told by a TV-reviewing colleague and card-carrying straight dude that "she's not getting votes for her face."
I was like, yeah, I understand the potential-BJ concept, but more to the point...do straight dudes actually vote for this shteez? Forget watching it, that's different. How many het guys really pick up a phone and dial for their favorites?
Het guys who aren't trying to game a betting pool, that is.
i don't get the antonella thing at all: first the hypocrisy of not booting her when others got booted for the same.
second: they obviously hate her and you can tell when the show gets hateful toward people who somehow catch on with voters. but there's an easy way to avoid this: DON'T PUT THEM IN THE TOP 24.
I mean come on: if you want slutty and pretty fine. but at least try to choose slutty and pretty WITH ability to stay on key. There has to be girls out there that were booted that can do all three instead of just two.
